31 Days of Blogging in the Word

Write 31 Days 2015

Writing this post is difficult. Yet easy… Because the best way to success is through repeated failure. ūüôā I know… Believe me!

With that said, it is almost October. And starting October 1st many women around the web have committed to blogging 31 days on a specific topic.

I’ve tried and tried¬†and well…I’ve never quite made it to October 31st.¬†That’s enough to make some say “forget it”. But not me… LOL! I’m ready to do it again.

This is my Home Page.

Daily I’ll update the links and titles for future reference. Feel free to click HERE to see the list of posts (with the most recent first).

I must admit upfront, I have an idea and a general topic but I’m not quite sure where I’m going. But I have some specific goals:

  1. I will finish. That was pretty easy to type but Lord help me to successfully write the final post on October 31st.¬†ūüėČ
  2. I will write daily. For posting and to get my creative juices flowing. I’ve always wanted this blog to be more active and I haven’t been able to see it through. I hope¬†this is a step in that direction.
  3. I will have fun!!! Being under a daily deadline may seem fun now but at some point I’m sure I will scream “WHY!!!!” With this in mind,¬†I found some passages from the bible that either, I’ve always loved or that were referenced at some training event. The events vary but I have a list of them that I’ve always wanted to go back and study. I have elected to engage these passages using a study technique I love and it always makes me excited to see what God has for me. So I hope this too will help me stay the course.

CAVEAT: I have a minor caveat. My daily posts and time studying are not meant to be all inclusive. So, I’m putting a time limit on myself to keep me focused and to help me reach October 31st with 31 posts. I do, however, hope to walk away from this challenge having shared some insights from God’s word and having grown closer to Him through the study of His Word.
