Saturday’s Sister to Sister: Friendship
I have three sisters. Two raised in the same home and one I'm getting to know in my adult life. These are my sisters by blood. But I'm so blessed to have sisters that have come into my life over the years to enrich it and make me a better woman…a better sister.
I remember praying to have more women around me that are actively pursuing their purpose. I asked to meet women, like myself, because I thought it would be nice to have someone to talk with and share experiences.
Not long after this request, I met and connected with a sister and it is almost as if we've spent a lifetime together before meeting. We immediately bonded and have since been made it a point to get together for coffee at least once a month. Her friendship and presence has been invaluable.
I would add her name here…but I don't want to embarass her. **wink**
She knows who she is. I'm sending love to my sister and to YOU dear reader.
Bless you, my darling, and remember you are
always in the heart – oh tucked so close
there is no chance of escape – of your sister.
